While in Chicago, we visited the Adler Planetarium.  Each exterior corner of this
12-sided building is adorned with a large bronze sculpture of the zodiac sign, executed in 1930.  Two days later, our
local friends recommended that we try to
see the works of artist Jack Nixon, a Chicago-born artist who has won high praise for his drawings of local and other buildings.
We’re happy that we did.  This set of 12 notecards (black on cream, 5” X 7” w/envelopes) is adapted from his fabulous original drawings.
